WE LOVE HOSPITALITY LAW
Justine Noy has worked in the Hospitality Law space for over 15 years. As a young lawyer, she acted for owners, sellers and buyers of restaurants, hotels, bars and food businesses in Melbourne. Noy Legal maintains strong connections with this industry in Melbourne and has many hospitality clients throughout the Macedon Ranges and Central Victoria.
All our lives, the Noy Legal team has enjoyed sharing delicious food, good wine and great dining experiences with friends and family. We have worked in hospitality, opened and run restaurants and bars in Macedon and Kyneton, and worked behind the bar, on the floor and in the kitchen. During the COVID lockdowns in Victoria, we were the driving force behind She Shucks Oysters, a business that delivered fresh seafood throughout the Macedon Ranges.
We understand what it's like to operate within the hospitality industry and can help you with a wide range of legal support tailored to your needs.
